Anonymity and confidentiality are often critical prerequisites before someone will be willing to open up and be vulnerable and share.  I have done everything I can think of during the creation of this website to create a safe space for that sharing to occur.  

 

I would ask before you make any submission to this site that you take the time to make sure that personal information is screened.  I will assume that if you include your own name and your own personal information that you are OK with it being shared.  However, please be sensitive to the privacy of others by screening your letter and removing any information that someone else would want to keep private and confidential.  Thank you.
